LOCATION
Villa Mendes has exceptional seafront location with rarely find privacy. Days may pass until You see someone nearby. Small fishing village Vela Stiniva is reasonably close, but steep mountain sides of that bay discourages tourists to stroll toward our estate. An excellent beach fish&meat restaurant "Ser Zane" in Vela Stiniva serves our guest for years with amazing success.
The villa is easily reached from the main road by a cul-de-sac gravel road. The main road that runs across island Hvar is wonderful scenic experience in its on right. Views are breathtaking and there are several observation points by the road with plenty of parking space.
Arriving from Split by ferry to Stari Grad on Hvar, You have a 28km drive to the east near village Zastrazisce to reach the villa. If You would be arriving to the island from the south, than ferry from Drvenik on the minland will bring You to Sucuraj on Hvar. From Sucuraj to Zastrazisce is 32km drive. We recommend SUV or higher clearance vehicles due to last 3km gravel road leading to the property.
